Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kiryat Ono for a Team Lead Manager. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, overseeing daily operations, identifying areas for improvement, managing client accounts, and developing strategic plans to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management
• Technical background in communication and internet solutions
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer-science, or related field is required
• Master's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration or related field is a plus
• Experience in the telecommunication or internet industry is a plus
• Project management experience is a plus
