In any given workday, you will be given responsibility to innovate and create an impact to our business. This is a hybrid Intel Contract Employee position at the campus in Kiryat-Gat, Israel. To support the Central Tool Install/Optimized Construction Flow team, this role will write academic journals/journal entries supporting content benchmarking deadline dates, aligned with the content management system in place, and support productivity and throughput of academic model. As well, this role requires collection of supporting data and analyzing appropriately for given topics of research. As an Intel Contract Employee Optimized Construction Flow Academic and Industry Expert your job duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: � Gather and share academic benchmarks � Cowrite papers for academic journals � Support data collection and analysis � Develop Productivity and Throughput analysis/model � Collaborate with immediate team members via various forms of software, ie. Microsoft Teams, Email, etc. � Give input on team's content, research endeavors, written content, editing, etc. � Build and drive safety Culture of Caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution. � Champion and value the safety Culture of Caring throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: � Civil Engineering PhD/ 2+ Years � 10+ years of experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
