- Thrives in fast-paced environments and can resolve complex technical challenges end-to-end
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
- A self-starter with a proactive approach, always eager to learn new technologies and best practices
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Configure and maintain technical equipment, including computers, printers, multimedia devices, and conference rooms
- Utilize and manage the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to maintain device security, configurations, and updates
- Respond to IT support tickets, emails, and calls, diagnosing and resolving technical problems while documenting solutions and procedures
- Take ownership of the Company's IT procurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (both in Israel and the US) to implement and support IT infrastructure and technology initiatives
- Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and peripherals
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support/Help Desk/Tier 2+ roles
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels - Must!
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, multimedia, and video conference equipment
- Knowledge and practical experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), Single Sign On (SSO), Virtual Private Network (VPN) solutions - Advantage
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with G Suite, Active Directory, and IT backend environments
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently or within a team
