Technical Product Manager

We are seeking for a Technical Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and delivering our solutions to the Web3 ecosystem. You will work closely with our research, engineering, design, sales and marketing to ensure our products aligns with market demand, user needs, and industry best practices. A background in Web3 technologies and a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts will be highly advantageous in this role. The ideal candidate will work closely with our R&D team, and will participate in designing all parts of our SaaS security product, with a main focus on Inbound product management.

The position is Office-based in TLV

🙆 Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications, user stories and manage the features backlog. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including conducting user acceptance testing and ensuring product quality.
• Monitor and analyze product metrics, user behavior, and feedback to continually improve product performance and user experience.
• Assess and address technical risks.
• Stay up-to-date with Web3 technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and industry standards to guide product development and inform decision-making.
• Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
  
  

• Strong technical background - BS in CS, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum three (3) years of technical product management experience or five (5) years of software development experience
• Strong understanding of Blockchain and Web3 technologies, such as bridges, DeFi protocols, L2s, dApps, etc. - an advantage.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira and product management frameworks.
• Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, researchers, customer success and design.
• Ability to capture and articulate customer problems and translate those into product strategy and requirements
• Self-starter, great communicator and ability to influence without authority
• Results-oriented individual focused on execution in a team-oriented environment.
