Full-Stack Software Engineering Team Leader

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineering Team Leader, to lead our Platform team at Hunters and own a core business vector together with our partners and customers.

Responsibilities:

What you’ll do:

• Manage, lead & mentor a team of 6 Engineers.
• Work closely with Hunters' Product Management team and other cross-functional teams.
• Design a complex expert system for managing, analyzing, and investigating security alerts using React & NodeJS. Build advanced, unique user flows and UI components that can handle all possible Cybersecurity scenarios and attack stories.
• Develop beautiful and creative ways to visualize cybersecurity data.
• Own core backend infrastructure components in the Hunters data pipeline and create robust solutions to increase scalability and resiliency.
• From time to time, will work with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP).
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a software engineering team.
• Experience in microservices architecture and E2E system design.
• Proven working experience with React.
• Backend experience using a modern server-side framework - Express, Django, Flask, etc.
• Solid understanding of production environments in AWS, K8s.
• Experience with database architecture, designing and efficiently querying SQL & NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Highly motivated, goal driven, and possess a can-do approach.
  
  

• Experience with Kafka or a pub-sub pipeline architecture.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams.
