Software Engineer Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead, you will handle various aspects of development including building applications and tools which will be used by both external and internal customers, deploy and monitor services as part of Kubernetes cluster. Act as a source of knowledge, design and review various solutions, help and assist other team members, review code and strive for constant improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js and its frameworks
• Deep understanding of client side technologies including browsers internals
• Experience in event-driven architectures, messaging patterns and RabbitMQ
• Experience with React or other declarative UI frameworks
• Good understanding of automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Experience in building robust and maintainable frontend / backend applications and REST interfaces
• Experience in building, integrating and operating highly distributed applications e.g. microservices
• Proven experience in taking full ownership of tasks and leading development of complex features to a successful deployment
• Experience in AWS or other cloud environments
• Excellent software engineering skills and solution driven way of thinking
• Excitement about creating end-to-end solutions for our customers
• Passion for knowledge sharing and willingness to mentor other team members in best practices, code quality and tech frameworks
