Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role with our customers and partners. You will own customer and partner relationships ensuring their experience delight in all their interactions with our teams. You will oversee their success from initial discovery to deployment, onboarding and delivery. You will act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions with technical experts, product and solution teams, to ensure success all along the customer journey, while informing our development roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Managing individual tasks of respective teams
• Drive product adoption and ongoing use of Wiliot
• Communicate enhancement opportunities & product feedback across engineering and product
• Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Wiliot can better serve our customers.
• Ability to travel according to the company’s needs. Frequent travels cross the UK and potential travels to the EU and US is an integral part of the job, 30% travel
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as Project Manager in a High-Tech industry
• 3+ years of experience in the IoT space (Internet of Things), or other technology space operating across physical, digital and cloud, data boundaries.
• Ability to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
• Ability to collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Enthusiastic and creative attitude with the ability to inspire others
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel according to the company needs.
