Training Specialist

Paragon is a fast -growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a Training Specialist to join us. As part of the role, you will be instructing and training our high-end capabilities state of the our clients .

Responsibilities:

• Present and instruct the company’s clients through the onboarding and on towards client day to day engagement.
• Build a training knowledge base, Develop, implement, and oversee training programs, training materials, and learning methods.
• Collaborate with our technical teams to facilitate company’s products and capabilities to and company employees.
• Maintain and manage a training environment.
• Design the Company learning strategy and workplans.
  
  

• 1+ Years experience in training Position, experience in face-to-face and remote Instruction capabilities, hands-on training orchestration, and presenting in front of audience.
• Experience working with customers - Must
• Ability to design learning programs and facilitate complex concepts into simple notes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and/or Docs, Sheets, Slides) required.
• Familiarity with LMS\TMS and knowledge management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent in-person communication.
• Self-learning, Motivation, flexibility, proactiveness, ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing - Must
• Willingness to travel extensively - Up to 50% travel - Must
  
  

• Academic degree in a related field
• Experience in cyber industry
