Head of Product

Elfi-Tech is a healthcare technology company located in Tel Aviv, Israel. Our mission is to develop non-invasive blood flow monitoring solutions for in-hospital and home care. We utilize advanced algorithms and big data analysis to extract extensive hemodynamic data, and evaluate novel biomarkers in the area of sepsis, stroke, blood pressure etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tel Aviv, Israel for a Head of Product. The Head of Product will be responsible for leading the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and Sales, and work closely with the CEO to align the product vision with the company strategy. The Head of Product will also analyze market trends and customer needs, conduct user research, and develop product positioning and messaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Head of Product or Product Manager, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching complex products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively across the functions
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of development processes; previous development experience is a plus
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required; an MBA degree is a plus
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hebrew is a plus
