Bookkeeper

Your Upcoming Challenge:

Our Finance team is growing and we're looking for a passionate and experienced bookkeeper with strong attention to details and excellent communication skills to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage Accounts payable cycle including processing multi currency invoices, new vendors setting up, approval flow maintenance and processing payments.

· Bank and Credit card reconciliation

· Monitor expense reimbursements.

· Oversee Inventory and production costs including ERP maintenance and month closing.

· Oversee the payroll process.

· Conduct monthly reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.

· Assemble information for external auditors for the quarterly/annual audit processes.

· Perform general finance duties and ad-hoc special projects.

Qualifications:

· At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.

· Certified bookkeeper 2+ level or higher.

· High level of English, both verbal and written.

· Advanced Excel skills-is a must.

· Experience working in a hi-tech, fast-paced environment-an advantage.

· Good communication and high interpersonal skills

· Familiar with NetSuite ERP software-an advantage

· Payroll experience- an advantag
