What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the backend and DevOps implementation of our platform. As an integral part of our R&D team, you will contribute to the creation and definition of our platform, laying the foundation for its technical backend. You will work closely with the Product and Sales teams to drive innovation.

Experience and Technical Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with cloud technologies architecture, design, and implementation.
• Experience leading end-to-end solutions from requirements to production
• A passion for building highly reliable, secure, maintainable, and scalable systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in teams, a “can-do” attitude, and a passion for learning new things
• Former tech lead/ team lead experience - advantage
• Fintech/Insurtech experience - advantage
