Social Media Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create engaging daily content- video, graphic and written content for social media posts and stories across different platforms.
• Operate the social media channels by publishing posts and stories daily.
• Follow and implement the company’s strategic plan and campaigns.
• Apply the company’s tone of voice and visual guidelines on all social media platforms to ensure brand consistency.
• Interact with a community of followers, including removal of inappropriate content, and monitoring of social media mailboxes.
• Encourage social advocacy online and within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.
• English speaker (MUST), with ability to write social media copy clearly and sensitively, and to tailor the style to the brand.
• Up-to-date knowledge of video and graphic editing tools, including Premier Pro, Photoshop, Canva, and subtitling tools.
• Creativity and analytical thinking, with a flair for design.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work outside conventional hours, to publish social media posts.
