About The Position

To support our growth, we would like to recruit a skilled Media Buyer to be based in our Tel Aviv

Office.

From day one, you will have significant impact on our business. The main area of focus for this role

will be planning and execution of our Media Buying strategies while driving successful advertising

campaigns, negotiate and/or buy advertising inventory for different RTB platforms or suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in Sport betting and Gaming as well as managing

and planning Media Buying strategies.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize media buys on various Real-Time Bidding (RTB) platforms
• Conduct research to identify new traffic sources and trends to continuously improve media
  
  

• Manage and maintain relationships with ad networks and publishers to maximize media
  
  

• Analyse data and metrics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure media buying aligns with overall
  
  

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new advertising formats to
  
  

• Implement testing strategies to constantly improve campaign performance, including A/B
  
  

• Monitor ad placements and ensure they are compliant with industry standards and
  
  

• Actively cultivate relationships with key publishers and develop a deep understanding of
  
  

• Proactively manage partner relationships, oversee performance standards, and drive
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in sportsbook / casino Media Buying
• Knowledge of the online gaming industry, tools, and gaming trends
• Analytical and data-led approach
• A strong understanding of financial numbers and the ability to compile KPI and performance
