The Phoenix Real-Tech Investments are hiring a Business Associate

Phoenix Real-Tech (PRED), a subsidiary of Phoenix Holdings Group, is a leading fund manager focusing on debt investment in the US. Focusing on CRE throughout the US, PRED lends to real estate developers and investors. We are currently lending over $ 1.2Bn in AUM and expanding our investors' equity each month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Management: Monitor and manage risks associated with the portfolio, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk
• Evaluate the credit quality, risk, and return of potential and existing debt investments, using financial models, valuation techniques, and due diligence
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to the Senior Manager and the clients on the portfolio’s activity, performance, and outlook
• Monitor and manage the portfolio’s cash flow, interest rate, and currency exposure, as well as the compliance with the fund’s policies and regulations
• Partner Relations: Build and maintain partner relationships with lender partners, receiving regular updates on loans performance
• Collaborate with other team members, such as originators, underwriters, servicers, and legal advisors, to ensure the portfolio’s alignment with the fund’s objectives and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance\ economic\ real estate or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in US real estate or US financial sector
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial analysis and modeling
• Basic knowledge of real estate markets and trends, with a focus on the commercial and multi-family sectors
• Experience of manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Excel – high level
