Chief Operating Officer

A performance marketing company specializing in top-tier services for SMBs and B2C clients is currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the ongoing operations and procedures of the company.

As a key member of the senior management team, you will work as a part of a dedicated team of six people and report directly to the CEO. We are seeking an experienced and effective leader capable of maintaining control over diverse business operations. The primary objective of the COO position is to ensure the functionality of the business, driving extensive and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
• Establish policies that promote the company's culture and vision.
• Oversee the daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, marketing, sales, finance, etc.).
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Write and submit reports to the CEO on all matters of importance.
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.).
• Manage relationships with partners and vendors.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as Business Development Manager/Business Development Team Lead or relevant role.
• Experience in the field of comparison websites.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
