Scientific Project Manager

We seek a highly motivated and creative Project Manager.

The Project Manager (PM) will drive a diverse set of projects with strategic collaborators related to Quris’ BIO-AI platform for drug safety prediction.

We are a dynamic, collaborative, creative startup with diverse talents and experiences, headquartered in Tel-Aviv, Israel and Boston, US.

Responsibilities

• Work internally with cross-functional teams to oversee and manage operations to enable execution with the highest level of excellence
• Actively drive cross-functional teams to optimize deliverables according to detailed work plans.
• Oversee activities, needs, and bottlenecks to ensure delivery within budget, timelines and key milestones.
• Implement processes to enable prioritization of resources.
• Document and manage action items, risks, issues, and actions necessary to mitigate risks.
• Identify blockers including scientific disagreements, operational hurdles, budget shortage and lack of staff, and provide solutions to these blockers.
  
  

• Master's/PhD in Biology, or other related fields
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a project manager within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
• Previous experience in successfully managing projects to achieve goals and deliverables within timelines.
