About The Role

We are looking for top talent expert, passionate and motivated Product Manager to join our team and deliver seamless technology experiences in a hybrid, always-on world and will influence and contribute to the growing Kramer PRO AV market and will be responsible for:

• Manage one of the company’s core product lines
• Be the owner during the entire Product Life Cycle and related processes
• Define the product line strategy & roadmap and its execution
• Secure product investment by building compelling business cases for innovative products
• Have full market knowledge on technology trends & competitors’ offerings
• Define the customer value and differentiation
• Interact with the company’s customers and partners to define product requirements and plans
• Prepare relevant product documents and collateral, such as: Initiatives, Epics, product description and presentations
• Orchestrate R&D and sales teams in a high-technological and dynamic environment
• Define the product line positioning and marketing messages
• Define and manage the correct product readiness plan to ensure that the business is ready to sell, deliver and support the product
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in Software Products company
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology-related or equivalent experience
  
  

• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Proven experience working with customers and partners
• Has the drive to push products to new highs
• Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Can prioritize and make decisions in a changing agile environment
• Be fully proficient in English
• Must be able to travel 30% of the time
