Assistant Controller, Revenue recognition

What will you do:

• Participating in monthly and quarterly revenue recognition and commissions 606 closing.
• Preparing quarterly revenue analysis reports.
• Analyzing and review contracts, transactions, and new business models to ensure compliance with ASC 606.
• Ensuring that company revenue and policy are compliant with the US GAAP (ASC 606).
• Preparing Revenue SOX controls to ensure data accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies in revenue records.
• Interacting with Legal, Sales, Deal Support, IT, and other departments to answer questions, obtain information, and resolve issues.
• Working on systems and processes improvement
  
  

• Certified Public Accountant.
• 3 years of experience in one of the Big4.
• Experience with public software companies audit - an advantage.
• Experience in revenue recognition according to US GAAP.
• Experience with SOX compliance- an advantage.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Outstanding attention to details and excellent time management skills.
• Very strong analytical skills.
• This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent English (written and verbal).
• Service oriented.
