Control & Automation Technician is responsible for the operation, and maintenance of automatic irrigation and fertilization systems in the greenhouse department. The Automation and Control Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal growth conditions for our cannabis crops, contributing to the production of high-quality medical cannabis.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain irrigation and fertilization control systems.
• Implement work protocols to ensure efficiency, improvement, and resource conservation.
• Develop and execute weekly work plans, adapting irrigation and fertilization schedules to different strains.
• Lead projects and experiments in irrigation and fertilization.
• Continuously monitor and measure variables, identify problems, and implement solutions.
• Conduct periodic system checks and calibrations.
• Track and document irrigation system activities.
• Provide training to greenhouse workers on irrigation and fertilization practices.
• Adhere to all procedures and quality standards.
