Data Analyst Team Leader

An Israeli startup that developed an open-source platform, a professional tool for website development. The platform is tailored for WordPress professionals, catering to developers, designers, and marketers. They launched the service in Israel in 2016 and have since expanded to over 180 countries, powering more than 13 million websites worldwide.

The role involves leading a team of 5 analysts.

The company employs around 300 people, situated in Ramat Gan, near a train line, operating on a hybrid work model.

Requirements Leadership:

• 3 years of managerial experience leading data analytics teams

• Proven analytical expertise in the online B2C industry

• Strong team player

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting analysis results clearly and effectively

Tech Requirements:

• 4 years of broad hands-on data domain experience in BI/Data Analysis

• Experience setting up and working with Google Analytics

• Proficient in SQL

• Adept at working with large data sources and skilled in data extraction, cleaning, and merging

• Experience building dashboards and visualizations with at least one of the following tools

• Familiarity with Big Data Cloud pipelines, tools, and data modeling
