Quality Assurance Manager

A global company specializing in E-commerce solutions that empower global merchants to provide a localized shopping experience based on the user's location. We tailor local payment and checkout options in each country. Our system enables site navigation and search customization, displays final prices through currency conversion, accounting for customs duties, taxes, and aids companies in managing shipping and returns, facilitating expansion into international markets.

Within this role, reporting to the QA and Automation Director, it involves matrix management of all testing and automation personnel within the company (approximately 50 employees) who work as part of the development teams and report to the Development VP.

This role doesn't directly manage testing but requires systemic capability, technical leadership, and elevating the technological standards of testing and automation across the company.

With a global workforce of 800 employees, half of whom are based in Israel, located in the central region (with shuttles from the train station), employees work regularly from home several days a week.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or Manager in a fast-paced software development environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
