Funds Collection Manager

We are hiring: Advance Engineering company is seeking a Funds Collection and Accounts Manager position.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing business client interactions, planning and ensuring timely funds collection, overseeing customer accounts, invoicing, analyzing data, preparing forecasts, controlling cashflow and compliance with preset objectives, process optimization, and concluding financial cycles.
• This position also involves general supporting of the company staff.
• Mainly independent work.
• Full-time, long-term position with a five-day work week.
• The position offers a vibrant, supportive, and respectful workplace environment.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience with business clients, particularly in funds collection.
• Proficiency across office applications and accounting software with advanced document editing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level, both in reading and writing.
• Reliability, assertiveness, adeptness in independent task management, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
