VP Marketing

We’re seeking an experienced, technologically savvy VP Marketing to join us and lead ScaleOps' marketing efforts. If you thrive in an environment that values teamwork, creativity, and quality results while having fun in the process – ScaleOps is the place for you!

You Will

• Collaborate with company leadership, helping define company marketing strategy, including market positioning, branding, and messaging.
• Create acquisition funnels from SEOs, paid ads, landing pages, marketing automation, PR, and partnerships.
• Facilitate and orchestrate the creation of relevant content (blog posts, video posts, speaking events).
• Make sure marketing content is up to date with the relevant messaging and branding materials.
• Identify relevant industry conferences and events, facilitate marketing activities targeting these events, and plan virtual events hosted and sponsored.
• Initiate relevant press releases in relevant media outlets.
• Manage and operate the company’s social media channels.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing B2D products - a MUST.
• Track record of success in delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Self-starter with the ability to use data and industry insights to make strategic decisions.
• Outstanding communicator and creative thinker.
• Experience in HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools for reporting analytics and campaign execution.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a team player.
• Managing DevOps or participating in any Dev community is a plus.
• Prior experience with startups and building marketing from scratch is a plus.
