We're looking for an experienced and talented Account Manager for the Taiwanese market

Coin Master is a free platform, but there are some ways to move faster in the game by purchasing packages. VIP players are players that invest more in the game and because of that they progress quickly and get a different experience than other players . as an account manager you will mange a facebook community of about 400 of our top palyers. You will be in charge of engaging them in the game by posting raffles, competitions and by chatting with them on a daily basis. The Account Managers build a very close relationship with our players and can offer them better and more suitable deals and make upsales for the packasges offerd. The position combines sales and retention abilities and you'll have a great impact on the companies sucsess

Responsibilities

• Manage a close relationship with our players on a daily basis.
• Support our players and constantly engage with them.
• Keep track and monitor the players’ activity on a daily basis.
• Work with all aspects of the game studio: fully understand Economy, Product, Monetization, features, machines, etc.
• Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions and activities - where the KPI is to bring players to their next level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive players' activity growth.
  
  

• Traditional Chinese as a mother tongue - (Taiwanese Mandarin)
• Excellent English - must
• Previous experience within an account management role or similar
• Strong communication skills; ability to connect and reconnect VIP players, build a relationship with a dedicated group of players
• Customer Focused
• Proactively initiate activities to generate value to our players and enlarge their engagement to our games

• Positive attitude and are excited to learn more
• Deep understanding / interest in games / online marketing field - an advantage
