We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist who will be responsible for managing our company's email marketing campaigns and maximizing revenue opportunities from the company's customer database.

Located in Ness Ziona. Currently employing a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a conversion rate optimization specialist to join our growth team.

This position requires a mix of analytical, creative and communication skills with plenty of room for professional and personal growth

Responsibilities include:

• Initiate and manage experiments to improve landing pages performance and optimize conversion funnels
• Analyze test results and extract actionable insights
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and identify areas for improvement.
• Create new hypotheses and design creative tests accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriting, design, and development, to oversee the test's creation process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and optimization methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of web analytics and behavior analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Experience with project management tools like Monday
• Able to perform data bases analysis with Excel
• Curiosity mindset and a desire to investigate and extract insights form varied resources
• English fluency
