The Operations Excellence Manager is a vital role focused on driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the organization. This position involves a blend of process engineering expertise, data-driven analysis, and strategic influence, with a primary goal of enhancing overall operational performance for digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Lead and execute process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies, aiming to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality of virtual products and services.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced data analysis skills, particularly in MongoDB, to develop, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for operational enhancements.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, production, and other relevant teams to identify and resolve issues, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Effective Communication and Advocacy: Clearly convey data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring operational changes and strategic initiatives are understood and supported.
- Responsible for generating billing files from operational data, ensuring comprehensive and accurate capture of all billable elements associated with virtual products. Work closely with the financial team to facilitate accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor & or Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Extensive experience in process engineering, operational analysis, and improvement within a production environment (Data product environment highly desirable)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, particularly in MongoDB and related tools.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of financial processes, including billing and cost analysis.
- Effective communicator with strong English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior management.
- Location: Israel
