VP Operation

We are looking for experienced VP Operation to join Nano Dimension's management team.

The VP Operation will report to the President and will be responsible for all aspects of direction, strategy, planning and execution for of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall manufacturing vision and strategy of the company while maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards.
• Lead the Operation department with responsibility for: purchasing and supply chain management, NPI, production engineering, production planning, Ink production.
• Implementation of ERP system.
• Submit management with short- and long-term production plan which balance between inhouse activities and external vendors.
• Upgrade the in-house production capabilities to meet future production ramp up.
• Design and upgrade the current Ink production plant to meet industry standards.
• Recruit, train, develop and evaluate key team staff at the operation department.
• Implement design to cost and cost reduction process using multiple vendors and subcontractors.
  
  

• At least 10 years of experience in Operation Management positions, at least 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain manager managerial position in multi-disciplinary companies. Previous working experience in multidisciplinary systems as well as materials production.
• Proven experience in managing sub-contractors, including the definition of work packages, controlling, and monitoring the production progress.
• Proficiency in production and logistic tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Great team player.
• Fluent English
