Atera is looking for an experienced and passionate technical sourcer to join us!

As a Technical Sourcer at Atera you will be focusing on identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent for our diverse range of roles, conduct phone interviews and create the best candidate experience for each candidate. You’ll utilize your sourcer mindset: curiosity, creativity and always thinking of how to attract a diverse range of talent.

You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position and employ creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

The role is considered as a temporary position for 4 months with the possibility to be converted to a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (including professional networks, social media, and industry events) to identify and connect with top technical talent.
• Candidate engagement: through the first stages of the recruitment processes for a variety of roles.
• Cross-collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for each position.
• Pipeline building: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience as a technical sourcer or in a similar role in the high-tech industry
• Strong knowledge and expertise of sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
