SAGE Marketing provides global marketing and brand management for B2B Tech companies looking to rise above the rest. SAGE is also a HubSpot Platinum partner, we provide full-stack HubSpot support for our clients. This includes onboarding and implementation, portal audit and optimization, HubSpot Integration and Migration, HubSpot Team Training, Full HubSpot management and ongoing support, Handling customized API integrations, CMS projects, and other unique solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HubSpot onboarding projects, executing tasks across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. Provide training on HubSpot usage and best practices.
- Manage clients’ HubSpot projects comprehensively, overseeing communication from initiation to completion.
- Account management - Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, managing communication effectively.
- Provide continuous HubSpot CRM support for multiple clients, overseeing implementation and configuration.
- Support and lead HubSpot audits, offering recommendations to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement marketing, sales, and service automation plans tailored to client needs.
- Act as the primary administrator, creating and refining workflows, custom fields, and data flow processes for Sales and Marketing. Develop automation workflows for Marketing and Sales processes.
- Handle data in HubSpot Dashboards, creating reports, and executing migration/cleansing projects.
- Oversee user access and permissions, collaborating with sales/marketing leaders to define roles.
- Track campaign performance, delivering data-driven segmentation and personalization.
- Monitor and report on database health, supporting integrations with other tools.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of inbound marketing best practices.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- The ability to work independently and “juggle” multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to interface with our customers and to accommodate their different needs
- Demonstrated proficiency as a HubSpot user; certifications preferred.
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Outstanding organizational skills for efficient project and campaign management.
- Self-starter with high motivation for independent success.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, Excel) and project management software (e.g., Monday).
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Hebrew and English.
Bonus Skills and Attributes:
- Previous experience in an agency setting.
- Certified in HubSpot Sales, Marketing, or Service Software.
- experienced with Salesforce.
