We’re seeking a bright candidate to fill the role of customer success representative.
This role is an integral part of our healthcare service, involving day-to-day communication with patients in the US and elsewhere around the world through e-mail and our support call line.
This role is perfect for a fast learner who is self-motivated, patient, and passionate about helping patients in our community.
Requirements:
- Tech savvy,
- background in the medical industry,
- great communication skills are preferred!
- English mother tongue
This position is part-time, Sunday - Thursday hours required are 4-9 PM Israel time,
