Job Summary:

A global pharma company is looking for a Medical Advisor in the Oncology field.

Previous MSL experience is required.

The position combines field and office work.

Main Responsibilities:

• Medical and scientific strategy leadership.
• Successful life cycle management of innovative products in full compliance with brand strategies and company goals.
• Scientific advice, medical expertise regarding the therapeutic field and the product, keeping up to date with medical developments in the field, clinical and research information and sharing knowledge with the relevant team members.
• A focus for medical knowledge by regularly reviewing clinical articles and participating in scientific and medical meetings and conferences.
• Providing medical and scientific training and/or support to other team members in all company roles.
• Evaluation of scientific materials, preparation for lectures and presentations.
• Providing medical information and, if necessary, forwarding medical questions to partners abroad.
• Maintaining scientific and medical contact with opinion leaders, developers and decision makers
• Writing an annual medical plan together with a medical leader/medical manager and in coordination with the marketing department.
• Participation in the process of including technologies in the health basket.
• Leading early access programs, compassionate use programs and clinical trials.
• Reporting any safety information received to the Pharmacovigilance Department.
• Work in accordance with compliance rules and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• MD/PhD/DMD/PharmD/VMD degree
• Previous experience as an MSL - mandatory
• Relevant experience in the biotech/pharma industry - mandatory
• Experience in the field of hematology-oncology - a great advantage
• High level English
• Organizational, planning and project execution skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Dynamism
