Logistics Responsible

Silicom is looking for a Logistics Responsible for the RMA Department in Yokneam.

• Receiving returned products from customers promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinating inventory movements between departments and ensuring accurate record-keeping in the system.
• Managing the opening/closing of RMAs based on customer feedback, as well as monitoring and tracking customer orders effectively.
• Conducting thorough product investigations and follow-ups.
• Analyzing complaints and investigations statistically, including summarizing key findings.
• Taking primary responsibility for conducting inventory.
• Communicating with international customers, addressing their concerns, providing regular updates, and delivering support services.

Candidate requirements:

• Fluency in English (both reading and writing) – essential.
• Proficiency in Excel – essential.
• Intermediate level of Hebrew – essential.
• Previous work experience in a computerized environment – essential.
• Strong emphasis on teamwork – essential.
• Experience with customer support – beneficial.
• Familiarity with inventory management software – beneficial.
• Background in engineering – beneficial.
