Position Overview
The office location is in Ramat Hasharon, a proximity living location is preferred. This position is in-office only.
As an Account Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their orders, quotes, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Your role will be crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships, streamlining processes, and contributing to the overall success of our RF electronics business.
Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding quotes, orders, delivery timelines, and any non-technical matters.
- Quoting Process: Generate accurate and timely quotes based on client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that quotes are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with company pricing strategies.
- Order Management: Process incoming orders and ensure all details are accurate. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and according to client specifications.
- Follow-Up: Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the order fulfillment process. Provide regular updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, quotes, orders, and communications using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Relationship Building: Develop a strong rapport with clients by demonstrating exceptional customer service, reliability, and responsiveness. Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, finance, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on order status, sales performance, and client feedback for internal review and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proven experience in account management, sales support, or customer service role.
- Experience in the RF Industry will be considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Hebrew and English).
