We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for building and designing our data and data pipeline architecture and building our data warehouse. The ideal candidate is a data enthusiast who enjoys building data systems from the ground up and maintaining their integrity. You will be the go-to person for anything and everything regarding understanding data, exploration, pipelines, analytics and the connection between business and data.

Responsibilities
The Web Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing various online marketing initiatives to enhance the performance of the company's website. This role focuses on increasing web traffic, improving user experience, and driving conversions through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising Management:
Coordinate with the user acquisition team to ensure landing pages are optimized for ad campaigns.
Monitor the performance of paid campaigns to improve ROI.
Website Optimization:
Continuously monitor website performance and user behavior using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Identify areas for improvement in website design, content, and user flow.
Collaborate with the web development team to implement technical improvements and fixes.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility in search engine results.
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis.
Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Content Strategy:
Plan and oversee content creation efforts to ensure the website offers valuable and engaging content for users.
Manage content calendars, blog posts, and other digital assets.
Optimize content for SEO and user experience.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Implement A/B and multivariate testing to optimize website elements, including landing pages and forms.
Analyze user behavior to identify barriers to conversion and develop solutions.
User Experience (UX) Enhancement:
Collaborate with designers to improve website aesthetics, navigation, and usability.
Ensure a seamless and responsive user experience across all devices.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Define KPIs and regularly track and report on website performance.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare reports for stakeholders and management.
Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and monitor competitors' websites.
Identify opportunities and threats in the online landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in web performance marketing, with a focus on SEO, CRO, and UX optimization.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and algorithms.
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
