Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI algorithms and models
• Build a smart chat agent
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI computer vision, and related technologies to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target users, ensuring that the AI technology aligns with their needs and preferences.
• Take ownership of the AI development lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment and validation.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models to improve performance, accuracy, and computational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing user feedback, monitoring key performance indicators, and iteratively enhancing AI algorithms.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ethical considerations related to AI

Requirements:

• Strong academic background with a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of proven experience and a deep understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, NLPs, CV, and ML
• Extensive experience with Hugging Face, Stable Diffusion, and related AI frameworks and libraries.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models using deep learning techniques and frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply AI techniques to complex challenges
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
