Junior Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

·       Understand, advise, and implement compliance requirements.

·       Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on regulatory compliance and internal policies and procedures.

·       Execute corrective actions or remediation efforts based on internal or external audits and risk assessments.

·       Conduct due diligence on third-party service providers and clients, including KYC providers.

·       Collaborate with regulators on behalf of the business, including handling license applications.

·       Organize and maintain compliance-related documents.

Qualifications:

·       Extensive experience in managing a wide range of compliance tasks.

·       Strong operational mindset, capable of handling time-sensitive directives and managing workflows amidst competing priorities.

·       Analytical skills to address complex compliance issues and identify practical, compliant solutions, contributing to the company's growth while meeting regulatory requirements.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory language in an understandable format for business partners.

·       Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels. Flexibility, adaptability, and collaboration are essential qualities.

Requirements:

·       Academic background up to degree level or similar.

·       Legal background preferred.

·       Proven experience in compliance management or similar positions – Advantage.

·       Familiarity with technical environments is a plus.

·       Gaming industry experience is highly advantageous.

·       Good knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with native-level English
