Front-End Developer with WebAssembly Expertise

Role Description

Join our cutting-edge User Software Application team at Sodyo and be at the forefront of revolutionizing digital experiences! Play a key role in empowering our users to design, build, operate, manage, and maintain our system.

You'll work extensively with our web-based SDK, employing JavaScript and WebAssembly to elevate our client applications. Collaborating closely with React-Native applications and our backend CMS system, you'll contribute to pushing the boundaries of WebAssembly technology.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop high-performance native-quality software for multi-platform deployment, leveraging WebAssembly for unparalleled performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Work closely with our research team to ensure efficient integration of our core system with the WebAssembly environment.
• Responsible for our React Native mobile app.
• Guide, share knowledge, and lead teams toward implementing cross-functional systems that optimize our workflows and user experience.

What We're Seeking:

• 3+ years of Front-End software development experience, with potential to excel akin to Brendan Eich
• Proficiency in React and React Native application development
• Experience deploying WebAssembly
• A commitment to writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code.
• Humility, open-mindedness, and a collaborative spirit – we believe in the power of teamwork and positive communication.
• Ownership mentality
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, allowing you to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

It's a Plus If You Have:

• Expertise in WebAssembly, including experience deploying from C++.
• Familiarity with C++.
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Familiarity with Computer Vision concepts
