Procurement & Inventory Specialist

• Manage the inventory, sign off shipments, and confirm they are aligned with orders in both quantity and quality.
• Manage the physical storage of inventory.
• Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
• Research relevant suppliers for various components.
• Request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions when relevant.
• Develop and cultivate supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance and work to resolve issues, concerns, and delays.
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings.
• Forecast needs and supplies.
• Meet regularly with supervisors and department heads to understand the procurement needs across the company.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure the company is making the best decisions.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement reports.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role
• Fluent in Hebrew and English %28Spoken and Written%29
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite %28Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint%29 and with purchasing, inventory, and ERP systems, especially Priority
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong research skills
• Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up environment.
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field – preferred
