Legal Counsel

We are looking for a lawyer to join our legal team at Elbit Systems Ltd., ISTAR and EW Division in Rehovot

Elbit Systems Ltd., ISTAR and EW Division is an international high technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenas

The legal counsel joining our team will be responsible for the following:

Providing legal advice to company’s transactions both in Israel and abroad

Drafting contractual agreements in a variety of legal fields (commercial, procurement, consulting, etc.)

Negotiations with customers and business partners



Law degree from a leading academic institution

4-8 years of commercial experience as an in-house legal counsel in a high-tech company or commercial department of a leading law firm

Business-commercial orientation

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

Ability to work under pressure, multitasker, independent and thorough

High proficiency in English – a significant part of the work is in English
