Beewise is looking for FP&A to join its Finance team. This person will be working with our internal stakeholders through business partnering. This is a critical role that will require building and leading our FP&A

About The Role

• Take a proactive approach to define and develop comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI), metrics, reports, and dashboards, including development, maintenance, and updates of monthly key metrics reports.
• Lead the annual budget and financial forecasting process and provide monthly and quarterly reports along with insightful performance analysis.
• Providing analytical frameworks and strategic insights to identify risk and opportunities associated with the financial planning of the company’s
• Implement controls around key spending areas that satisfy the needs of accounting/finance and business partners.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to address and resolve issues that impact financial results as well as with business and functional teams to provide fact-based recommendations
• Be the focal point for complex financial modelling, providing value-added insights to management to support business decisions
• Being a business partner to crucial budget owners​
• Analysing Actual vs. Budget reports monthly and providing insights

Requirements

• At least ​5 years of relevant professional experience in FP&A function
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management
• Experience in working with reporting systems : TM1 , NetSuite
• ​Ability to implement best practices
• Analytical mind with exceptional attention to detail
• Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work independently​ ​and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities​
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations

Excellent English skills – writing and verbal
