Back End Developer

A thriving startup company is developing an AI product under the umbrella of NLP, in the realms of Speech to Text. The company's product addresses a recurring issue in many large organizations: when numerous critical internal processes are either manually documented or not documented well enough – a particularly significant challenge in quality control or safety procedures.

Role Overview: Reporting to the Backend Team Leader, joining a team of 4 developers, contributing to the development of a complex SAAS product using NodeJS and Nest, working with CI/CD, AWS, K8. The product is scalable, involving independent unit testing, minimal integration with Typescript, and a Microservices architecture.

Located in the Sharon region, the team operates in a hybrid mode, working from the office three days a week.

Requirements:

• 4 years of hands-on development experience (preferably using TypeScript and Node.js).

• Solid cloud experience, mostly with AWS, along with tools such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and K8

• BSc in Computer Science

• Broad knowledge of modern backend frameworks and scalable software development practices

• Good understanding of micro service architecture

• Experience working on high scale, production-grade projects

• Experience with CI\CD methodology

• Familiarity with MLOps tools – an advantage
