Your Career

We are looking for a Researcher to join our AIOps Research team

You will analyze vast streams of data from diverse systems, and according to your findings, create machine learning-based classification algorithms. By doing so, you will help to predict, detect, and even resolve potential issues in the client's ecosystem., Ensuring smooth operations and faster resolution of critical incidents.

Your Impact

• Research new methods to detect ecosystem health issues utilizing enormous amounts and varied types of data
• Find ways to increase the visibility of IT Problems for customers
• Use and develop machine learning algorithms and techniques to create and improve our models
• Be part of a diverse research group, improving our research processes and leading us to be a better team creating a better product
• Stay up to date with monitoring technologies, and network management methodologies
  
  

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Extensive experience using SQL to conduct research and gather insights by querying large databases
• Python software development experience
• Extensive experience using SQL to conduct research and gather insights by querying large databases
• Advantage if you have experience working with time series databases
• Advantage if you have experience or knowledge in IT, including but not limited to network management and monitoring, asset management, and metric analysis
• Advantage if you have knowledge of network protocols, including but not limited to Kerberos, RPC, SMB, HTTP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP etc.
• Advantage if you have experience working with different operating systems
• Advantage if you have knowledge of Microsoft AD infrastructure
• Advantage if you have experience in machine learning or data analysis
• Ability to drive and own projects
• Independent and team player, critical thinker
