Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skillful Bookkeeper, eager to play an important role within our growing global Finance team. As a bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing priorities, booking invoices, addressing vendor and customer queries and performing collection activity. You are expected to be an independent problem solver and a great team player who understands the bigger organizational picture and where you fit in.

What You’ll Do

• Manage AP balances, including entering vendor invoices and processing them for payment.
• Manage AR balances, performing collection activities and booking receipts.
• Booking Jes.
• Booking accrued and prepaid expenses.
• Booking fixed assets and depreciation.
• Support in EOM and quarter-end closing.
• Perform other bookkeeping tasks as requested.
• Work in a multi-currency environment.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Level 2/3 Bookkeeping diploma
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Competent with Excel
• Fluent in English and French (must), speaking, reading, and email communication.
• Work experience with global vendors
• Accuracy, great attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Open-minded and adaptable, experience in working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Experience with Oracle ERP (advantage).
• Service-oriented, friendly, communicates positively. Enjoys working in a team and being a team player.
• Has a passion for learning new things and expanding responsibilities.
