We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the full life cycle of our recruitment processes.

The role consists of:

• End-to-end recruitment processes for our growing departments.
• Phone interviews and face-to-face interviews
• Sourcing, job postings on job sites and in digital media
• Working with placement companies and developing recruitment channels
• Accompanying managers at different levels in the firm in the recruitment processes
  
  

• Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment in an organization / optional: at least one year of experience in a placement company - necessary
• English at a good level (including: speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to drive, manage work priorities and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree from the worlds of MA/ Psychology/ Sociology - a significant advantage.
