B2C Product Manager - Madlan

Madlan is a real estate platform that is revolutionizing the way people buy and rent new homes by empowering them with knowledge. Our experts — data scientists, city planners, and cartographers are working to generate dozens of insights for every address in Israel. We enable people to envision what life would be like in a new home before signing a contract and moving in.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team, and take ownership of Madlan’s B2C products.

As a Product Manager, you will drive product vision, feature design, prioritization and strategic planning. To be our ideal candidate, you’ll need to have experience with online B2C products and understanding of user experience and agile methodologies (Experience with marketplace products is a major advantage, but not mandatory). You should be user-focused, use data to guide and drive your decisions and extremely detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility and ownership of features/funnels from ideation, through design, development, launch, growth and maintenance
• Drive a cross-functional team to realize maximum consumer and business value by turning hypotheses to reality
• Identify new opportunities as well as the strategies and execution plans to address them
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met
  
  

• Product Manager with +4 years of experience driving web and mobile B2C products (Advantage: Experience with marketplace)
• Experience with product-led growth strategies
• Passion for understanding consumer needs, and designing solutions that deliver impact to the business and users
• Proven ability to balance strategy, product experience, and execution
• Collaborates well with others - able to effectively drive execution through colleagues from multiple teams and functions
• Startup experience - you know how to move quickly, pivot when needed, and constantly be testing
• Must be a self-starter, a team player, and data-driven
