Talent Acquisition Coordinator (9-month contract)

We have an Israeli R&D center that employs over 450 people, focused on driving innovation in the fields of FinTech, Trust and Data.

You will be joining the local Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

In this role:

• You will coordinate complex schedules for multi-stage interviews while maintaining the highest service level for candidates and our employees
• You will issue salary offers and validate legal compliance
• You will maintain our recruitment infrastructures, such as the onboarding process

What it takes to succeed:

• 2+ years of TAC or Administration or Operations experience
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Full-time commitment, sometimes adapted to time zone differences
• Dedication and passion for achieving goals
• Capability and desire for collaborative teamwork
• An academic degree or equivalent work experience
