Referral Partner Manager

Description

monday.com ’s Referral Partnerships Team is looking for a Referral Partner Associate to optimize our referral recruitment funnel, and onboard, nurture and enable referral partners globally.

About The Role

• Take primary responsibility for the strategy and execution of recruiting new referral partners
• Build a data-driven marketing funnel to foster engagement and recruit new partners across monday.com ’s markets globally
• Track, analyze, and optimize recruitment activity by identifying areas of improvement, ideating and executing solutions
• Manage existing partners and expand our partner success program with a communication strategy, marketing events, enablement sessions, and more
• Translate monday.com ’s value proposition into marketing messaging, content, and sales tools for our partners
  
  

• 2+ years in sales/business development positions - must
• Experience in managing partners/channel/resellers/affiliate marketing - must
• In-depth understanding and experience in creating and optimizing recruiting/acquisition funnels
• Self-starter with the ability to initiate, build and maintain new relationships
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English - must
