As part of our R&D Engineering team, you will work closely with our Quality and Manufacturing teams to develop the latest tools and technologies to address significant, unmet clinical needs that impact patients’ lives around the world.

The Edwards Israel Innovation Center (EIIC) focuses on developing early-stage cardiovascular technologies. Our passion, ingenuity, collaboration, and new ways of thinking enable us to develop devices and therapies that help patients around the world.

How you will make an impact:

Lead the design of novel mechanisms according to design requirements – Technical lead Research materials, technologies, and suppliers
Early-stage R&D Manage matrix resources & suppliers Integrate technical & clinical aspects of the device & procedure
Design & build testing systems – Hands-on Participate in animal studies
Perform & document tests & analysis: Ex-vivo, In-vivo, Statistics and Computational.

What you’ll need (Required):

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
5 years of experience as mechanical engineer
Multidisciplinary experience
Experienced with catheter technologies
Experience in leading off-shore suppliers – high level of technical English
High self-learning ability
English – Full proficiency (Clinical & Technical publications reading) Innovative / Creative Independent & responsible person
Strong execution, communication & interpersonal skills
High commitment & willingness to work extra hours
