As a Gastroenterology Medical Representative, your role will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing robust connections with healthcare professionals, including gastroenterologists, nurses, and various stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on sharing comprehensive knowledge about our gastroenterology product, offering clinical insights, fostering growth, and executing efficient account management strategies in your designated territory.
Territory Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of your assigned territory, including key healthcare facilities, and potential market opportunities. Understand the unique characteristics and needs of the healthcare professionals and institutions within your territory.
Account Prioritization: Identify and prioritize healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions based on their potential impact on product promotion. Develop a clear plan for targeting and engaging with these key accounts.
Strategic Planning: Create a territory-specific strategic plan that outlines your approach to account engagement and promotional activities. Set clear goals and objectives for each account within the territory.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of gastroenterology product, including mechanisms of action, clinical data, and competitive advantages.
Clinical Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of gastroenterology conditions and treatments to provide expert guidance to healthcare professionals.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging therapies in the field of gastroenterology.
Product Promotion: Promote and detail the company's gastroenterology product to healthcare professionals in line with marketing strategies and compliance guidelines.
Meeting business objectives: Achieve and surpass targets and performance metrics within the assigned territory.
Compliance: Adhere rigorously to all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to align strategies and ensure a holistic approach to product promotion.

Qualifications
- A university / college degree in the Health Sciences field (Pharmacy, Biology, BioChemistry, BioTechnology, etc)
- At least 3 years of prior experience as a Medical Rep from a Pharmaceutical company- A must.
- Prior experience working with Specialty Care Physicians- A must.
- Fluency in Hebrew & English (both spoken and written).
- Organizational skills

- Ability to integrate field work and office work.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
