Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

• Coordinate with R&D engineering, operations and product managements and develop and implement Manufacturing plan for products.
• Provide engineering support in all activities in product development process: Chemical process, Tooling, Quality testing, Incoming inspection, Regulatory aspects, compatability testing.
• Prepare project timeline and identify all resources requirement for manufacturing production readiness. Prepare plans for all NPIs projects and coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure good quality product. Manage integration of all products according to product lifecycle. Work according to PLCM structure.
• Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments.
• Develop product test plans and perform production test according to the R&D production process and manufacturing process instruction (Production Files). Including: compatibility tests for new formulas and stability study plans, raw materials and validate incoming inspection tests , test formulations including mechanical & rheological methods, Learn and perform 3D printings.
• Ensure compliance to all ECO procedures and work instructions. Approvals of new product requirements and processes in the Agile system.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering , Master’s Degree a plus.
• Experience in NPI engineer , Process engineer or production required (min 3 years).
• Prior experience in manufacturing and operation experience.
• Strong written and verbal English language communications skills.
• Strong understanding of an operation workflow process.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships on a multi-level basis.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible with changes
• Ability to present technical information and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. Fast response.
• Good computer skill.
• Multi-tasking capability with tasks priorities and organized working methodologies.
• Familiar with the following systems: HMI, Simplicity, Agile, Oracle, Office programs.
